Maxim’s Restaurant was opened in 1956 as the Group’s first Western restaurant, introducing Western fine dining experience with elegant decor and live band music to Hong Kong. The Group made another groundbreaking move in 1998 with the launch of new concept restaurants that redefined the contemporary culinary culture. CAFÉ LANDMARK has now become a hotspot among celebrities, and simplylife marked the birth of the European bistro concept in 2007. From the bread freshly baked on-site, to the signature handmade pasta using premium 00 flour and semolina wheat flour imported from Italy, simplylife has been upholding its vision of “embracing simplicity.” Maxim’s Group has also introduced Lawry’s The Prime Rib and The Cheesecake Factory from the US, and has been operating COVA since 2016.
