Jade Garden, the Group’s first Chinese restaurant, was opened in 1971 with a game-changing concept of “Chinese food, Western service”. It was followed by a distinctive collection of premium Cantonese restaurants, including Maxim’s Palace, which is well received by customers for the extensive dim sum menu and comprehensive banquet service. Over the years, Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine has been constantly innovating and has unveiled a series of original modern brands, including The Square and JASMINE, revolutionising the industry with a refreshing and healthy image. Traditional Peking and Chiuchow restaurants are also curated with contemporary twists, with Peking Garden being joined by more energetic labels M&C.Duck, Duckee and Chiuchow Garden. In 2021, wellwellwell was born, and its Auntie Ayi takes you on a time-travel journey with a retro-futuristic dining area with the look of a spaceship.
